REFORMER: PILATES
Reformer Pilates is a low impact, dynamic fitness practice that improves strength, flexibility, posture and joint mobility. REFORMER: HIIT
Reformer HIlT is a high intensity Pilates reformer session. It combines bursts of intense, heart pounding activity with reformer based movements to enhance cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. This fusion workout oers a dynamic and challenging fitness experience.
REFORMER: STRENGTH
Reformer Strength is Basement's combination of traditional Reformer Pilates, mixed with the use of weighted and resistance props to build muscle, core strength and improve overall body stability. It's designed to promote muscular endurance and
proper alignment while engaging different muscle groups, leaving you feeling toned and aligned.
REFORMER: RECOVERY
Reformer Recovery is a Pilates based workout that uses reformers to improve flexibility, alleviate tension and improve overall body mobility. This class involves controlled movements and stretches, aiding in muscle lengthening, relaxation and recovery.
In our recovery sessions, you will also find the use of breath work to revitalise your body as well as aiding to repair your nervous system.
