The Basement’s renowned Strength Sessions focus on the principles of progressive overload and structured training phases to support your fitness objectives. These programs encompass a range of sessions, including those geared towards enhancing strength and others designed for hypertrophy training.

AES: 
ANAEROBIC 
ENERGY SYSTEM

Welcome to A.E.S - Anaerobic Energy System, a class focused on high-intensity anaerobic workouts. In this session, you’ll engage in explosive, intense and challenging Workouts to enhance your anaerobic capacity. Simple and eective, optimise your Performance with A.E.S!

ENGINE

Welcome to ENGINE, where the focus is on endurance via aerobic-style workouts. This class is all about sustained eort, you will
see AMRAPs, partner sessions, and chippa-style workouts on these days. Get ready to build stamina, push boundaries, and improve your recovery time in the ENGINE class.

METCON

Welcome to MetCon, During this class you will use a mixture of Cardiovascular, Bodyweight & Strength training to create a metabolic demand that will lead to improvements in both aerobic and anaerobic fitness. MetCon is the perfect session to compliment your body composition goals & challenge you both physically and mentally. 

VAULT

Welcome to VAULT, this is our team based workout. Vault will be a combination of Aerobic and Anaerobic style sessions. You can expect this class to be high energy and alot of fun with your friends.

BOXING

Welcome to BOXING, A beloved choice among our members, our boxing sessions are bursting with energy. These classes oer a chance to acquire
the fundamental skills of boxing while breaking a sweat alongside your friends. Boxing will revitalize your cardiovascular fitness in a completely novel manner! BYO gloves.

RUNCLUB

Welcome to RUN CLUB, Our run club is all about cultivating a genuine love for running! Running can be quite demanding without proper guidance, and we take pride in assisting individuals in uncovering the pleasures and excitement that running can oer in a supportive, non-judgmental atmosphere.

HYROX

If you've ever considered doing Hyrox then this is the class for you! Inspired by the popular fitness race, this session combines endurance based conditioning and functional movements, working to build your aerobic capacity and stamina. As well as your skills and confidence in the Hyrox space.

CROSSFIT

Welcome to Hybrid-X! In this class you will see foundational CrossFit skill work as well as short conditioning sessions. This session is designed to improve your strength and fitness simultaneously, while also allowing you to develop fun and new skills.
